Returns
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom, personalized orders and made on demand items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Our items can’t be returned or exchanged but if you are unsatisfied with the end result; please email us and we will ensure your satisfaction.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- in the original packaging
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s
policies.
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a
gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be
mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to
themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about
your return.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned special orders of non-standard inventory
items. Freight, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
How To Return Your Item
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2801 E 208th St, Los Angeles, CA 90810.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from
your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may
vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
