Refund policy

At Printfits, every product is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of verified damage or error caused by us.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
To request cancellation within the eligible window, please email hello@printfits.com immediately with your order number.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following:

  • Customer errors in uploaded artwork, sizing, color selection, or quantity

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

All sales are final once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed.


Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage caused by us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at hello@printfits.com within 5 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of:

    • The full item

    • The specific damage or error

    • The packaging (including the shipping label)

After review, if the issue is determined to be our fault, we will remake and resend the item at no cost to you.

Please Note:
We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Typos or incorrect info submitted by the customer

  • Artwork uploaded without proper resolution or licensing

  • Improper care or misuse of products

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences or production tolerances


Refunds

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

In rare cases where a refund is approved due to a production error:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A refund confirmation will be sent once issued

  • Processing time may vary based on your card issuer


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you may receive a replacement if damaged (per our damaged item policy above), but no refunds will be issued. Replacements will only be shipped to the original shipping address.

We recommend using trackable shipping for anything over $75. Printfits is not liable for lost return shipments.
