Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Printfits.

Before placing your order, please carefully read our shipping policy. If you have questions, contact us anytime at hello@printfits.com.


Our Responsibility

Printfits is responsible only for printing your order correctly and handing it off on time to the shipping carrier you select. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery and timing are out of our control.


Carrier Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or failures caused by the carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters (e.g., severe weather)

  • COVID-19 or other public health issues

  • Customs or government restrictions

  • Carrier operational delays

Because we do not operate our own delivery network, all shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.


Key Terms

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: The time required to print and prepare your order, stated on each product page. This is separate from shipping time unless same-day shipping is selected.

  • Estimated Delivery: Provided by carriers, this date is a best estimate only and is not guaranteed. Delays may happen.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Available only for certain products ordered before 11:00 AM PST.


Shipping Areas & Production Time

We currently ship to the USA only. Shipping to other countries may be available upon request.
Production time varies by product, quantity, and availability, generally between 2 to 5 business days.


Tracking Orders

After shipping, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you created an account at checkout, you can also check your order status online. Guest checkout customers cannot access order tracking online.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost and not marked as delivered, contact us within 4 days of the estimated delivery date to file a claim. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, reprint and reship your order at no cost.
If tracking shows delivery but you claim non-receipt, we are not responsible for replacement or refunds.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, customs issues, or refusal by recipient, you will be charged for reshipping.
If the package is lost or not returned, you will need to place a new order.


Returned to Sender Orders

If your order is returned to us by the carrier or customs, we will notify you and await your instructions. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.


Delivery Marked but Not Received

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, Printfits is not liable for replacement. Please contact your local carrier or neighbors to locate the package.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the damage to hello@printfits.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will review and replace damaged items at no extra cost.


Final Notes

  • All shipping times are estimates only; Printfits does not guarantee delivery dates.

  • We are not liable for any delays or losses after the order has been shipped.

  • By placing an order with Printfits, you agree to these terms.
