My order has been delayed for a while now and I have not received it. I’m not sure when it’s supposed to arrive, as tracking the package does not give me any information.
Hi Isaac -- I just tracked your order and looks like this package got stuck in a USPS facility. We shipped this on time so it shoud've arrive withing 3-5 business days. Not exactly sure what happened here. Tracking says that you should recieve this today. I am going to keep an eye out to see if it updates. If it doesn't arrive, I'll ship you a new one at no additional cost. Apologies for the inconvenienvce. I just sent you a 50% off cupon for your next order in your email as an apology for this issue (we will be shipping out a free replacement as well if this package doen't arrive)
